三、定期评审机制（核心条款）/ 3. Regular Review Mechanism (Core Clause)

中文：为确保本质量方针的适宜性、充分性、有效性，贴合公司RF PCB产品经营发展、高频市场变化、客户射频产品要求迭代及PCB行业标准更新，公司建立年度定期评审+不定期专项评审制度，具体要求如下：

English：To ensure the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of this Quality Policy and adapt to the Company's business development of RF PCB products, changes in the high-frequency market, iteration of customer radio frequency product requirements and updates of PCB industry standards, the Company implements a dual review system of annual regular review and unscheduled special review. The specific requirements are as follows:

3.1定期评审周期/ 3.1 Regular Review Cycle

中文：每年开展一次全面质量方针评审，评审时间纳入年度管理评审工作计划，与RF PCB质量管理体系管理评审同步实施，确保方针与公司高频产品生产、管控、经营体系运行高度匹配。

English：A comprehensive review of the Quality Policy shall be conducted once a year. The review shall be included in the annual management review work plan and implemented synchronously with the RF PCB quality management system management review to ensure high consistency between the policy and the operation of the Company's high-frequency product production, management and business system.

3.2不定期专项评审触发条件/ 3.2 Trigger Conditions for Unscheduled Special Review

中文：当出现以下重大变更情况时，立即启动质量方针专项评审，及时修订更新，保证方针适配RF PCB企业经营与产品生产现状：

English：A special review of the Quality Policy shall be initiated immediately and revised timely to adapt to the current business and product production status of the RF PCB enterprise in case of the following major changes:

中文：•公司经营战略、RF PCB产品结构、高频生产模式发生重大调整；
• PCB行业高频质量标准、射频技术法规、客户准入及验厂要求发生重大更新；
•出现RF PCB重大质量事故、批量性能不合格、重大客户射频产品质量投诉；
•外部审核、客户验厂出现RF PCB体系严重不符合项；
•高频板材供应链、射频产品市场环境发生重大变动。

English：• Major adjustments to the Company's business strategy, RF PCB product structure and high-frequency production mode;
• Major updates to high-frequency quality standards, radio frequency technical regulations, customer access and factory audit requirements in the PCB industry;
• Occurrence of major RF PCB quality accidents, batch performance non-conformities and major customer quality complaints of radio frequency products;
• Serious system non-conformities of the RF PCB management system found in external audits and customer factory audits;
• Major changes in the high-frequency board supply chain and radio frequency product market environment.

3.3评审内容/ 3.3 Review Content

中文：评审小组围绕质量方针的适用性开展全面核查，主要包含：方针是否贴合公司RF PCB高频产品生产经营实际、是否满足最新客户射频产品及行业合规要求、是否能够有效指导RF PCB质量目标落地、是否存在内容滞后、缺失或不适配等问题，同时结合年度RF PCB质量数据、制程整改情况、客户产品反馈、体系审核结果进行综合评估。

English：The review team shall conduct a comprehensive inspection on the applicability of the Quality Policy, mainly including: whether the policy conforms to the actual production and operation of the Company's RF PCB high-frequency products, whether it meets the latest compliance requirements of customer radio frequency products and the industry, whether it can effectively guide the implementation of RF PCB quality objectives, and whether there is lag, missing or inappropriate content. A comprehensive evaluation shall be conducted based on annual RF PCB quality data, process rectification results, customer product feedback and system audit results.

3.4评审输出与落地/ 3.4 Review Output and Implementation

中文：每次评审形成正式《质量方针评审报告》，明确评审结论、存在问题及RF PCB产品优化改善措施。若评审判定方针需修订，由质量部牵头完成版本更新、文件换版、全员宣贯培训，确保新版质量方针适配高频产品生产管控、全员知晓执行，并同步更新RF PCB质量管理体系相关文件，保证体系一致性。

English：A formal Quality Policy Review Report shall be formed after each review, clarifying the review conclusion, existing problems and optimization and improvement measures for RF PCB products. If the review confirms that the Quality Policy needs revision, the Quality Department shall take the lead in completing version update, document revision and company-wide publicity and training, ensuring that the new Quality Policy adapts to the production management and control of high-frequency products and is known and implemented by all staff, and synchronously updates relevant documents of the RF PCB quality management system to guarantee system consistency.

四、方针落地要求/ 4. Policy Implementation Requirements

中文：公司各部门、全体员工必须严格贯彻本质量方针，将RF PCB高频产品质量管控要求融入日常工作。各部门依据本方针制定对应的年度RF PCB质量目标、制程管控流程与持续改进计划，层层落实质量责任。公司定期开展方针宣贯、专项培训与考核，确保射频产品质量理念全员落地，推动RF PCB质量管理体系持续有效运行。

English：All departments and employees of the Company shall strictly implement this Quality Policy and integrate the quality control requirements for RF PCB high-frequency products into daily work. Each department shall formulate corresponding annual RF PCB quality objectives, process management and control processes and continuous improvement plans in accordance with this policy, and implement quality responsibilities at all levels. The Company shall carry out regular policy publicity, special training and assessment to ensure the full implementation of the quality concept for radio frequency products and promote the continuous and effective operation of the RF PCB quality management system.

五、附则/ 5. Supplementary Provisions
