1.目的/ 1. Purpose

中文:本程序旨在规范公司RF PCB射频高频电路板产品的客户要求、产品技术要求、法律法规及行业标准要求的识别、评审、确认、传递与更新流程,确保所有RF PCB订单、产品、生产过程满足客户规范、体系标准及合规要求,防止因需求识别不全导致质量风险、交付偏差及不符合项,保障RF PCB产品全过程合规可控。


English:This procedure aims to standardize the identification, review, confirmation, transmission and update process of customer requirements, product technical requirements, laws, regulations and industry standard requirements for RF PCB radio frequency and high-frequency circuit board products. It ensures that all RF PCB orders, products and production processes comply with customer specifications and system compliance requirements, prevents quality risks, delivery deviations and non-conformities caused by incomplete requirement identification, and realizes full-process controllability and compliance of RF PCB products.


2.适用范围/ 2. Scope of Application

中文:本文件适用于公司RF PCB射频板、高频板、微波电路板所有客户对接、订单评审、产品开发、生产制造、检验交付、售后服务等环节中,所有客户需求、产品技术规范、合同条款、法律法规、行业准入及客户特殊要求的识别、评审、落地、变更与追溯管理

English:This document applies to the identification, review, implementation, change and traceability management of all customer demands, product technical specifications, contract terms, laws and regulations, industry access rules and special customer requirements for all RF PCB radio frequency boards, high-frequency boards and microwave circuit boards in all links including customer communication, order review, product development, production, inspection and delivery, and after-sales service.


3.职责/ 3. Responsibilities

中文:•销售部:负责收集、对接、初步确认RF PCB客户所有要求,包括技术要求、交付要求、质量要求、包装运输要求、审核合规要求、特殊军工/外贸客户规范等。

English:• Sales Department: Responsible for collecting, communicating and initially confirming all customer requirements for RF PCB products, including technical requirements, delivery requirements, quality requirements, packaging and transportation requirements, audit compliance requirements, and special specifications for military and foreign trade customers.

中文:•技术部:负责解读RF PCB产品图纸、技术标准、阻抗/线宽/介质规格参数、高频工艺要求、客户特殊射频技术规范,转化为内部可执行的技术文件与作业标准。

English:• Technical Department: Responsible for interpreting RF PCB product drawings, technical standards, impedance/line width/dielectric specification parameters, high-frequency process requirements and special customer radio frequency technical specifications, and converting them into executable internal technical documents and operation standards.

中文:•质量部:负责评审RF PCB客户质量条款、合规要求、体系标准、高频检验标准,监督全流程落实,确保RF PCB产品及过程满足合规要求,组织异常整改。

English:• Quality Department: Responsible for reviewing RF PCB customer quality clauses, compliance requirements, system standards and high-frequency inspection standards, supervising full-process implementation, ensuring RF PCB product and process compliance, and organizing rectification of abnormalities.

中文:•生产部:严格按照已转化的RF PCB客户要求、作业指导书、高频工艺文件组织生产,确保过程符合客户及标准要求。

English:• Production Department: Conduct production in strict accordance with converted RF PCB customer requirements, operation instructions and high-frequency process documents to ensure all processes meet customer and standard requirements.

中文:•采购部:根据RF PCB客户物料要求、高频板材材质标准、供应链合规要求管控来料品质。

English:• Purchasing Department: Control incoming material quality in accordance with RF PCB customer material requirements, high-frequency board material standards and supply chain compliance requirements.


4.程序内容/ 4. Procedure Content

4.1客户与产品要求识别/ 4.1 Identification of Customer and Product Requirements

中文:公司建立完整的RF PCB客户需求识别机制,在接单及项目启动阶段全面收集以下要求:

中文:•客户书面订单、合同、询价规范、RF PCB技术图纸、高频规格书;
•客户RF PCB特殊质量要求、电性/阻抗检验标准、高频验收规范;
•交付周期、包装、标识、运输、仓储、追溯要求;
•客户体系审核、验厂、合规、环保、资质类要求;
• PCB行业标准、国家法规、出口准入、军工供应链特殊要求;
•客户口头沟通要求,必须事后书面确认并归档。


English:The Company establishes a complete RF PCB customer requirement identification system to fully collect the following requirements during order acceptance and project initiation:

English:• Written customer orders, contracts, inquiry specifications, RF PCB technical drawings and high-frequency product specifications;
• Special customer quality requirements, electrical/impedance inspection standards and high-frequency acceptance specifications for RF PCBs;
• Requirements for delivery cycle, packaging, marking, transportation, warehousing and traceability;
• Customer requirements for system audit, factory audit, compliance, environmental protection and qualification;
• PCB industry standards, national laws and regulations, export access rules and special military supply chain requirements;
• Verbal customer requirements shall be confirmed in writing and filed for record in a timely manner.


4.2合同/订单评审机制/ 4.2 Contract & Order Review Mechanism

中文:所有RF PCB客户订单必须执行订单评审流程,由销售、技术、质量、生产共同评审,确认:客户高频产品要求是否清晰、公司RF PCB技术能力是否满足、质量标准是否可落地、交付是否可行、合规要求是否全部覆盖。评审记录统一存档,确保可追溯。


English:All RF PCB customer orders must go through the order review process, which is jointly reviewed by the sales, technical, quality and production departments. The review confirms the clarity of customer high-frequency product requirements, the feasibility of RF PCB technical capacity, quality standard implementation, delivery arrangement and full coverage of compliance requirements. All review records are uniformly filed to ensure full traceability.


4.3要求转化与文件固化(作业指导书/工艺文件)/ 4.3 Requirement Conversion and Document Standardization (SOP/Process Documents)

中文:针对已识别的RF PCB客户及产品要求,技术部与质量部负责将外部客户高频标准转化为内部受控文件,包含但不限于:

•高频检验规范(SIP)
• RF PCB工艺流程卡
•高频产品标准、板材材质标准、外观标准
• RF高频特殊过程管控文件
•客户专项合规管控文件

中文:所有文件受控、版本统一、发放到位,确保RF PCB现场作业完全依据客户高频要求执行。


English:For identified RF PCB customer and product requirements, the Technical Department and Quality Department shall convert external customer high-frequency standards into controlled internal documents, including but not limited to:

English:• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• High-frequency Standard Inspection Procedure (SIP)
• RF PCB Process flow card
• High-frequency product standards, board material standards and appearance standards
• Special RF high-frequency process control documents
• Special customer compliance control documents

English:All documents are controlled with unified versions and full distribution, ensuring on-site RF PCB operations are fully implemented in accordance with customer high-frequency requirements.


4.4要求传递与全员落实/ 4.4 Requirement Transmission and Full-staff Implementation

中文:RF PCB客户及产品高频要求通过图纸、高频工艺、作业指导书、班前培训、技术交底等方式传递至生产、检验、仓储、出货全岗位,确保全员清晰掌握RF PCB客户标准及合规要求,杜绝偏差作业。


English:RF PCB customer and product high-frequency requirements are transmitted to all posts of production, inspection, warehousing and delivery through drawings, high-frequency process documents, operating instructions, pre-shift training and technical disclosure, ensuring all employees fully understand RF PCB customer standards and compliance requirements and avoid non-standard operations.


4.5客户要求变更管理/ 4.5 Customer Requirement Change Management

中文:当客户RF PCB技术、高频质量、交付、合规要求发生变更时,公司立即启动变更评审,更新所有对应文件、作业指导书、高频检验标准,并重新培训,确保变更后所有RF PCB产品持续符合客户最新要求。


English:In case of changes in customer RF PCB technical, high-frequency quality, delivery or compliance requirements, the Company shall immediately initiate change review, update all corresponding documents, operating instructions and high-frequency inspection standards, and organize re-training to ensure all RF PCB products continuously meet the latest customer requirements after changes.


4.6合规性确认与持续保障/ 4.6 Compliance Confirmation and Continuous Guarantee

中文:质量部定期核查:RF PCB客户要求、高频产品标准、法规标准、体系要求的执行情况,通过巡检、成品检验、内审、客户审核整改、数据分析,持续验证RF PCB产品与过程的合规性,对不符合项实施纠正预防措施,保证长期稳定合规。


English:The Quality Department regularly verifies the implementation of RF PCB customer requirements, high-frequency product standards, regulatory standards and system requirements. It continuously validates RF PCB product and process compliance through patrol inspection, finished product inspection, internal audit, customer audit rectification and data analysis, and implements corrective and preventive measures for non-conformities to ensure long-term and stable compliance.
