    Occupational Safety and Health Management Rules 职业安全健康管理规则 第一章 总则(Chapter 1 General Provisions) 第一条 制定目的(Article 1 Purpose of Formulation) 中文:为规范公司职业安全健康管理,保障全体员工在工作过程中的生命安全与身体健康,有效识别、评估和控制工作场所职业安全健康风险,预防和减少工伤事故、职业病的发生,明确各部门及员工的职业安全健康责任,依据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》《工作场所职业卫生管理规定》等法律法规,参考《职业健康安全管理体系要求及使用指南》(GB/T 45001-2020)及行业相关标准,结合公司生产经营特点,制定本规则。本规则旨在将风险防控关口前移,实现“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的管理目标,同时助力公司履行法律责任,提升管理效能,增强员工归属感,实现企业可持续发展与社会责任的双重统一。 English:These Rules are formulated to standardize the company's occupational safety and health management, protect the life safety and physical health of all employees in the work process, effectively identify, assess and control occupational safety and health risks in the workplace, prevent and reduce the occurrence of work-related accidents and occupational diseases, and clarify the occupational safety and health responsibilities of all departments and employees.
