We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our latest product line, Rogers RO4003C + Isola FR408HR Hybrid PCB. The PCBs are made with advanced technology and high-quality materials, including Rogers RO4003C and Isola FR408HR Hybrid PCB, which are lead-free and capable of operating within a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, ensuring reliable performance in extreme conditions.
The PCB has a 4-layer Hybrid PCB stackup, with 0.5oz+plating GND, FR-408HR 7628 12mil, 1oz GND, FR-408HR 7628 -, 1oz GND, Rogers4003C 12mil, and 0.5oz+plating Signal, providing excellent signal integrity and thermal stability.
With a size of 70.00 x 120.00 mm=1PCS, the PCB features a minimum trace/space of 6/7 mils and a minimum hole size of 12 mils. It has no blind or buried vias, and all vias are plated through with a thickness of 1 mil. The PCB has a finished thickness of 1.6 mm and a finished copper weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) on all layers.
An ENIG (Electroless Nickle and Immersion Gold) surface finish is used, with a white top and bottom silkscreen and green top/bottom solder mask. There is no silkscreen on the solder pads. The PCB has undergone a 100% electrical test, ensuringits reliability and quality. Additionally, all vias under IC pads are filled and capped with resin as per IPC-4761 Type VII, providing extra protection and reliability.
Impedance matching within +/- 10% is achieved with a 50ohm 12mil single-end trace on the top layer, with a reference layer of 2. A panelized solder paste stencil is also supplied for the top side of the PCB.
With 121 electronic components, 322 connection points, and 171 vias, this PCB is a versatile and reliable option for various electronic designs.
