High-performance Double Sided 62mil 1.575mm Taconic TLX-8 Material PCBENIG Surface Finish

 

 

Taconic TLX-8 is a high-performance, woven fiberglass laminated material designed for use in demanding applications. It is a thermoset material, meaning that it is cured by heat and pressure, resulting in a strong and durable substrate.

 

The Double Sided PCB, which is made with Taconic TLX-8 material and processed in a lead-free manner. It is designed to operate in a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, making it suitable for various applications.

 

The stackup of the Double Sided TLX-8 PCB consists of base copper 35um + plating, 62mil Taconic TLX-8 PCB Dielectric (1.575mm), and base copper 35um + plating. The board dimensions are 135mm x 58mm, with a minimum trace/space of 8/9 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.3mm.
