A 32mil 2-layer PCB made of Rogers RO4003C material is a high-quality substrate that is widely used in high-frequency applications. The stackup of this 32mil RO4003C PCB includes a base copper layer of 18um, plating, RO4003C core of 32mil (0.813mm), and another base copper layer of 18um with plating.

 

RO4003C PCB also features a via plating thickness of 1 mil and a surface finish of Electroless Nickel and Immersion Gold (ENIG). The top and bottom solder masks are green, and there is no silkscreen on either side of the board.

 

Additionally, 0.5mm vias are filled with resin and capped by copper by IPC-4761 Type VII, ensuring long-lasting durability and reliability.
