RO3206 High Frequency PCB Built on 25mil 0.635mm Substrate with Double Sided Copper and Immersion Silver

Brief Introduction

The stackup of the this PCB consists of two copper layers, each with a thickness of 35 μm. The Rogers substrate material used is RO3206, which has a thickness of 0.635 mm (25mil). This is a type of 2-layer rigid circuit board.

 

The board dimensions are specified as 76.88mm x 72.64mm, with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm. The minimum trace/space is set at 9/10 mils, and the minimum hole size is 0.35mm. It is also mentioned that there are no blind vias in this design.

 

Other essential details include the finished board thickness of 0.8mm, the outer layer's copper weight of 1oz (1.4 mils), and the via plating thickness of 20 μm. The surface finish chosen for the 25mil Rogers RO3206 PCB is Immersion Silver, which provides a protective coating and ensures good solderability.

 

Regarding the RO3206 PCB features, there is top silkscreen in white, but no bottom silkscreen. Additionally, both top and bottom solder masks are not present in this design.

Am I Able To Return My PCBs?

PCBs are irreversible custom-made products, it is not allowed to return the items if there’s no quality problems.

 

When Will My Order Arrive?

All the PCBs are dispatched the same day if they are finished fabrication before 5pm. For Asian clients, you can get it within 2-3 days, European clients in 6-7 days and American (North and South) in 6-7 days, however the carriers do not guarantee this because of the complexity of transportation.

 

Will I Need To Sign For My Package?

We dispatch all orders using DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Aramex or EMS, so they are fully tracked and may require a signature.

 

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your PCB boards are dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email by our sales that includes a tracking number. You can track this number on their official websites.

 

What Should I Do If My Parcel Is Damaged Or Lost?

This situation is rare in our daily business. The PCB boards are packed with bubble materials inside and with KK grade carton outside to protect your PCBs. However, If your parcel is lost or damaged, you must contact us immediately so that we can contact the carrier and arrange for replacement production. Please keep any damaged items including damaged packaging for reference.
