General description
It's small round circuit board panelized 48 up. V-cut (v groove) and router are used on the panel, fiducial
marks are around each board. Other specifications are green solder mask, white
silkscreen and immersion gold. The base material substrate is from ITEQ IT-158.
They're fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2 using supplied Gerber data. Each 20
panels are packed for shipment.
